Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address via our authentication provider (Supabase). We do not store passwords directly.

Audit Data

We process the public URLs you submit for auditing. We do not extract or store personally identifiable information (PII) from those target sites unless it is inadvertently captured in the "snippet" of a compliance report (e.g., a contact email found on a footer).

Payment Information

All financial transactions are handled by Stripe. We do not store or see your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

Generate compliance audit reports (the core service).
Monitor your sites for "drift" (Pulse feature).
Send you alerts regarding compliance status changes.
Generate automated Pull Requests on your behalf (only when explicit GitHub permission is granted).

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain audit logs for the duration of your active subscription to provide historical trend analysis. Upon account deletion, all user-associated data is permanently purged from our database within 30 days. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest.
