1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SentinelGo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by SentinelGo AI Solutions, designed to assist with EU AI Act Article 50 compliance auditing.

2. Nature of Services (Disclaimer)

SentinelGo is a technical auditing tool, not a law firm.

Our identifying of "Risky" or "Non-Compliant" patterns is based on technical heuristics identifying commonly known requirements of the EU AI Act (e.g., lack of visible disclosures). The generated reports, scores, and PDF certificates do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of immunity from regulatory fines. You should always consult with qualified legal counsel regarding your specific compliance obligations.

3. Automated "Auto-Fix" Pull Requests

Our "Auto-Fix" feature generates suggested code changes via GitHub Pull Requests. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any code before merging it into your production environment.
• SentinelGo accepts no liability for system outages, bugs, or security vulnerabilities introduced by merging automated suggestions without review.

4. Data Processing & Privacy

We process public URLs submitted by you for auditing purposes. We do not store sensitive personal data found on those pages beyond what is necessary to generate the audit report. Billing information is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. and is not stored on our servers.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any dispute regarding the EU AI Act compliance features shall be interpreted in accordance with the official text of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
