Service agreement
The practical boundaries, responsibilities, and billing terms that apply when you use SentinelGo.
Last updated 5 August 2026
By accessing or using SentinelGo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. SentinelGo provides Article 50 transparency screening and evidence-tracking tools.
SentinelGo is a technical screening tool, not a law firm, regulator, or certification body.
SentinelGo reviews observable public-page evidence against selected Article 50 transparency signals. Reports, scores, findings, suggested fixes, and monitoring results do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, legal certification, or a legal determination that an organisation, system, or website complies with any law.
You remain responsible for assessing applicability, your legal obligations, and the implementation of any remediation. Consult qualified legal counsel where the outcome is material.
Auto-Fix creates suggested code changes through GitHub pull requests. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and merging every proposed change.
SentinelGo is not liable for outages, defects, or vulnerabilities caused by merging suggestions without appropriate review.
We process submitted public URLs to provide screenings. Stripe processes billing information, which is not stored on SentinelGo servers.
Guardian: €49 per month. Billing recurs monthly and may be cancelled through the dashboard.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to qualifying technical failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union. EU AI Act features are interpreted with reference to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
